| 英文描述 | ANAPLASMA BOVIS parasitizes tissue macrophages and circulating macrophages of cattle in Africa, Asia, South America, and some of the Carribean islands. Spread by ticks. Fever, lymphadenopathy, depression and loss of condition are the most common signs. This disease might be confused with heartwater, but the two conditions can be differentiated by detecting A. BOVIS in blood films or organ smears taken at death, particularly lung and liver smears. |
